Working here is a lot like being in a consulting firm — fast pace, steep learning curve, and a strong performance culture. The difference is, it’s less political (it's not always a good news though). People just don’t have time for that because it’s very clear who’s delivering and who’s not. While there’s support, you do need to be pretty independent from the start. If you’re the type that hates office politics and just want to deliver or grow quickly, this is the place.
Town halls are becoming regular and feedback to management is encouraged. But sometimes they overdo the company-wide announcements, but at least you know what’s going on — which is more than I can say for most places.
The company’s doing well financially, and I think it's what keep people excited.

Things move fast, and sometimes it feels like you're always catching up. It’s not chaotic, but the expectations are high and things move fast. Work-life balance depends a lot on your team, but in general, the bar is high and the workload reflects that. It’s not toxic — but it’s definitely intense. If you’re clear on your priorities and communicate well, it’s manageable — just don’t expect a 9-to-5 rhythm every day.
