Working at Dealpath has been a really positive experience for me. The company is growing, but it still feels like a place where people genuinely care about doing good work and supporting each other. I’ve been impressed by how much the team actually lives the values around integrity, respect, and collaboration, not just talks about them. Day to day, people are kind, helpful, and willing to jump in when you need a hand. There’s a real sense of “we’re in this together,” which makes even the busy weeks feel manageable. I also appreciate how much trust and ownership I’m given. If you have an idea or want to take something on, there’s usually room to run with it. The work itself is interesting, and the company is clearly building something impactful. We’re encouraged to be curious and try new approaches, and there’s a lot of focus on improving how we work and building for the future. No place is perfect. The pace can be fast and sometimes a bit scrappy as we scale, which may not be for everyone. We’re still maturing some of our internal processes and systems, and sometimes cross-team coordination takes extra effort. To the company’s credit, people are aware of this and actively working to improve it.
