Similar to my deleted review... I spent a significant amount of time at Deardoc, and I can say that my experience was far from what I hoped it would be. The sales environment here is incredibly cutthroat, with a focus on hitting volume targets rather than building genuine customer relationships. The pressure to perform is relentless, there’s little room for a work-life balance, and it often feels like you’re just a number in the system rather than a valued employee. The sales leadership promotes a micromanaging culture that stifles creativity, follow the leader type deal. It's frustrating to be constantly monitored and directed on how to do your job, leaving little space for personal growth or initiative. Training methods are outdated and, frankly, feel like they were pulled straight from YouTube. There’s no comprehensive onboarding; you’re left to fend for yourself with a script that can be quite misleading about the products and services you’re selling. This lack of transparency makes it hard to feel proud of your work or believe in what you’re selling. Overall, if you're looking for a supportive environment that values quality and ethical sales practices, this is not the place for you. It can be a good stepping stone, but be prepared for a challenging atmosphere that may leave you feeling disillusioned.
