This is a performance-based company where you’re rewarded if you deliver. The sales playbook is tight. There’s no fluff, no “figure it out” mentality. You’re given scripts, training, and ongoing coaching, especially. You just need to trust the process. The comp plan is transparent and uncapped, and leadership actually promotes from within. I started as an SDR and became an AE in under a year. Now I’m mentoring newer reps, and it’s great to see that same path available to them.

You’ll only succeed here if you’re hungry and coachable. It’s not a fit for people who expect leads handed to them.

- The workload is absurdly heavy. - Decisions are pushed through without any discussion. - It creates constant disorder, severe conflict, and relentless exhaustion. - You are suddenly forced to carry the work of three people because leadership decided change was necessary. - There is little effort to build a structure that actually keeps clients. - It is already hurting results and will keep doing so long term if nothing changes. - As an employee, you push yourself to stay and keep clients satisfied. - Eventually, the workload outweighs the pay. - That is the point walk away. - That is exactly what I did.
