      US Creative Team was friendly and collaborative, Office/Showroom was great, discount on product, great networking opportunities to meet a lot of influencers, travel, lots of opportunities if work hard, hybrid working opportunities, etc.

      UK leadership teams didn't communicate well and had low support for US/global teams, direction changed despite US concerns and impacted company negatively, hard to get promotions for team members approved by UK HR as cost of living is different, etc.
