Infantilising working practices, jobsworth management, hire and fire culture, no real progression unless you’re willing to work occasional weekends (you can very easily find a job that pays the same without doing this) and just an unethical business in general, they take 50% of someone’s monthly debt payments each month for themselves and essentially suspend people in debt for longer than necessary while lining their own pockets. I felt very uncomfortable with the nature of the working environment while I was here as I was under the impression I would actually be helping people - I left as soon as I could.
