The European business is run well and with more appreciation for staff.

Office culture is pretty non-existent, although they can be known to throw a good party (and see lawsuit in 2015 by two female employees alleging harassment). No advancement opportunities; you can stay three years and be promoted one small rung up or about six or eight and get a bump to a lower-level position in the hierarchy.
