Managers are facetious and not transparent. Leadership are only interested in furthering their own careers. Salaries are well below market rate. Office is a sty, and difficult to commute to. No scope for furthering your career unless you are from Spain or France. We have been amalgamated into the UK's management which is not aligned with the roles the teams in IE applied for. Humiliating, cringeworthy events and gatherings are mandatory.
