      The work it’s self is fulfilling. Good experience if you have none. The pay for no experience is great.

      It’s not an equal opportunity kinda place. Most the people in charge are men. They favor others because they don’t wanna hear racial remarks. There are good people that work there, but not a lot of hard working people. It seems the harder you work the more you get used and lied too. You’ll be treated the same weather you just started there or you been there 10 years and if your lazy or hard working your treated equally in that aspect. HR is a JOKE. A bunch of wanna be popular older woman who don’t have a clue out side the offices. It’s like daddy gave them money and they spend it on the stupidest things instead of spending it in the factory where it’s needed.

      I learned a lot about extrusion, how to drive forklift, tuggar, and stand up, I made some very good friends. I think having no experience the pay was good.

      They will make promises and never keep them. They will expect you to do the work of 3 people!! No BS! There is more drama in this facility than there was in high school. There’s cameras everywhere 2 inches. (So watch out if you need to pick your nose) Everyone from Supervisors up think they are better then you. If you want to move up position, better hope your liked. It’s more of a popularity contest than who actually deserves the position. In case of emergency, don’t think your job will be safe. It won’t be, TRUST ME!!
