This is tough to balance, though. - Tech documentation is lackluster in most places. This is acknowledged by management, though a better home and a stronger push for it would be good.

It's a colourful group with a lively culture. Their compensation packages are market rate and they really are trying to hire for talent. They have a ton of resources and tools to help you be successful. If you are used to the fast-paced startup life, you can thrive by being proactive about your own success here. This, of course, is a pro and a con. Like any startup, "forced fun" is real. Many extroverts find these outings enjoyable.
