Too much work, not enough time Many inspections with competing timelines Sudden growth has led to splintering resources for different projects Approval for hiring is a very slow process Some departments have difficult relationships with others and within themselves Too many meetings - let me do my work!

Decent job security compared to other companies, lots to do, used to be good

Turning into a CRO for the parent company, culture is no longer a priority, decision makers are not accessible to employees, lots of evening meetings (headquarters are in Japan), overwhelming work load with lots of burnout
