I don't have any cons really, It has been a wonderful experience. I had to leave due to relocating, but would stay for a long time if I was able.

My onboarding process was extremely pleasant. My supervisor was very welcoming introducing me to all members of the Decision Point team as well as providing me a tour of the facility. The staff were very welcoming and overall had a great onboarding experience. The Executive Director Mary Ann took time to get to know me and was very personable. The team itself feels very family oriented which I really enjoy having previously just came from a larger corporate organization. My Supervisor Dave Seymour is a great leader of our department demonstrating alot of trust a respect to me as an employee. As an individual who has worked in the Behavioral Health Field for 11 years (Both in management and supportive staff roles) I would give this company 20 stars out of 10. Glad I have finally found the place where I can retire. The work we do at Decision Point Center truly makes a difference in the clients we serve, which I am grateful to be a part of.
