My experience at this workplace has been negative due to several key issues: 1. Unrealistic Workload: VM full floor changes plus all mannies every week. Changes to this will then be sent through on Friday when we should be customer focused and even on Black Friday during peak sales, make it impossible to manage tasks effectively. 2. Toxic Environment: There is consistent bullying from upper management, including public humiliation in front of customers, creating a hostile atmosphere. 3. Fear of Management: Most staff are terrified of state management and dread their visits, fostering a culture of fear and anxiety. Overall, this is an unhealthy and stressful workplace, with little support or respect for employees. These reasons are why there is incredibly high staff turnover. If I could rate this workplace 0 stars I would.
