Worked in company more than 5 years but found that company environment is not good. Lots of politics going on. Favoritism observed with specific community Gujju(Gujrat). At that time MD was from Gujrat. And he used to recruit people from Ahmadabad. What a shame , you are working in Pune Maharashtra and you are not recruiting people from Pune, you are not respecting people from Maharashtra then why do u have office in Pune ? Company has no broad vision. Company never respect your talent they just wanted to misuse your good behavior and your skills and give u lots of work. They have head office in Netherlands but those people are same like India office and never behave professionally with employees. There are lots of employees who roam around here and there in company , never work as per their role salary and try to teach you unnecessary thing for e.g. Project Manager who are useless and are non productive resources for such small scale company. Salary is very less and they will not give proper hikes as per market standards. They just give u false statements that we will send u onsite but they never send and its just wastage of u r time.
