Lack of stable processes & systems, Operating Philosophy is a "joke", it is used to manipulate, HR is a joke, no balance between advocating for the employee and the organization, every 6 months there is a new "catch phrase", continue to lay off with no plan of who is going to do the work, high paid executives sit in meetings all day "reflecting" on why everything is a mess
