Systematic failures in HR and exit processes. The HR department demonstrates a significant lack of professional ethics, particularly during the employee offboarding phase. I experienced persistent delays and complete unresponsiveness regarding my Full and Final (FnF) settlement. Despite multiple follow-ups, the team remained unreachable for critical queries. This lack of transparency and accountability makes for a poor employee experience and suggests a disregard for legal wage obligations.
