Great office culture, ambitious projects, friendly team, helpful atmostphere, respectful management

I can't think of much. I had a really wonderful experience there. It's a small team where people are wearing lots of different hats, so sometimes things can feel somewhat disorganized? But that was rarely an issue for me.

The management is still very unstructured meaning that you've got freedom to do things your way....but that freedom comes at a price
