A complacency I’ve never seen before. With others money, or with their own problems. People in charge are often friends of, with no relevancy to direct a team nor a project, and no knowledge whatsoever . Not proactive regarding answers or solutions to improve at all. Not ambitious as well. If you want a job to do the bare minimum, not partake and not evolve at all this might be your place. Otherwise, I do not recommend.
