      Started as a Greenhat in early 2023, worked my way up to Leadhand, and really enjoyed the first 2 years at Deep Well. I truly believed that they believed in and cared about me as a person, based on how I was treated by the office when I had medical issues arise early on in my employment. They were very understanding and accommodating to me and the process of my healing.

      I got written up by a customer's safety consultant that we were working for ONE time, in my entire tenure there, and I am fired and sent home the next day. And was told by one of the people firing me that it was happening because they were really trying to land a contract with this particular customer.

      not much. was kind of hybrid for a while but that changed.

      job was advertised as hybrid but working from home was frowned upon if you even had the chance. "managers" lacked any basic knowledge necessary for their roles and only had their positions due to obvious favoritism and nepotism. blatant discrimination and a toxic work culture made working here unbearable. your hard work and the facts to back it up mean nothing if you aren't a kiss-up, talentless yesman.
