While no organization is perfect, what you’re describing doesn’t align with the commitment and dedication we see every day from our employees who make DeepIntent a unique company. While scaling a company can be challenging at times, we have created a promise to our employees to be open to all ideas, treat people with respect and consider feedback about how we can do better. We are focused on investing in our people through training, career development, wellness benefits, among other programs. We collect feedback often and know the large majority of our employees are excited to be here. Contrary to your statement, our turnover rate is low comparable to other tech companies of our size. The work we do is important and helping our clients succeed allows us to advance our mission of improving patient outcomes.
