Plus: half of the time he is wrong. - They have a pattern of erratically firing people – good or bad. Reason: Employee contracts say that you lose your ESOPs if you get fired. So, they try to save their equity pool. - Zero work-life balance. No respect for others' working hours. Caused me too much mental strain. Still paying for therapy. - They usually do not care about employees' well-being. They have fancy therapist subscriptions but that is mostly for employer branding. - If you message any DeepSource employee and ask them for feedback, they'll probably not be so happy about their jobs.
