CTO is a friendly person.

If this company offers you job as a contractor, be very careful. There is a good chance that you are not going to get paid. And they will back out of the agreement because you worked as a contractor. The standard employee protection laws do not apply to this kind. And the company will use different kind of loopholes in the law to not pay your salary. After reading the review, if you are still interested into working for this company, get all your agreements in written form and get them reviewed by a lawyer. Don't trust any oral promise, because this doesn't hold in the legal court. Document carefully everything you have done for the company. Watch your back. CEO is a very narcissistic, manipulative, secretive, selfish person. He is from sales background with little to no product development knowledge. Although he claims to have significant experience working in AI for Nvidia, the truth is he worked as salesperson for Nvidia ARM chips. No one in the founding or core team has any AI background. Having a salesperson with no technical background can only get the company so far. Not to mention, the company is already working in a very crowded space.

Very friendly CTO, he's there all the time. You get the chance to do all sort of things and get your hands dirty.

Keep changing office is a bit annoying.
