The people here are amazing! I'm surrounded by brilliant team members who lift each other up and help everyone learn. There's also great cross team collaboration. Leadership is communicates openly and honestly and genuinely values employees. There are also ample opportunities to grow your career here. So far, it's been a very refreshing place to work.

There's no 401k match right now, but leadership seems to recognize the importance of bringing it back and is working to make it happen. Comp is slightly lower than industry peers, but the ability to make a difference in your daily work is valuable.

It was a full-time job.

The culture sucks, the pay is 40% under market, they replaced the staff with AI because they can't figure out how to make money, only to start hiring for previously axed positions.
