Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that your experience at Deezer does not match the culture we aim to create.
We are focusing on nurturing close relationships between management and each division, reuniting them for frequent roundtables to favour direct communication, the last one for Customer Support team was held in June 2018.
We are also working hard to create a company where people feel valued and empowered, which is why each month in the London offices we offer a bottle of Champagne as an acknowledgment of their hard work, who are nominated by their peers, with a special tribute to the customer support team which has been represented at every nomination for the last year.
