-There are some really great people in the SF office, seriously. I have no idea why any of them would waste their time at this company. -Free Lunch on Friday (if you don't mind chancing food poisoning) -Seemingly supportive management. That is until they fire you without a word of warning or explanation after telling you how well you're doing for three months.. But they sure sounded supportive! -SF office is over a cannabis dispensary, so if you like working in a bong, you're in heaven

-Incredibly poor communication between offices -God help you if you are in SF and need training from Paris or UK to learn your job -Exceedingly complex HR/evaluation system that has apparently nothing to do with one's actual performance -This product really isn't good enough to compete in the US, so prepare to be embarrassed when your friends want to know what you do and take a look at your product. -They pay partially in bonus rather than giving you a livable base salary. This may work for sales/commission based positions, but for most positions, it's basically a way to screw you over.
