Hybrid working, friendly and knowledgeable staff

The care of employees has dropped drastically and groups of people frequently just disappear from employment overnight with no role consulations and nobody is allowed to discuss it. Remaining staff are discontent and worried for their jobs. Staff benefits have been massively cut for new entrants to the company.
