Too much change within leadership. There’s a new team leader almost every week! Very clear bias. People get cherry picked for opportunities, not based on merit or results - only based on how fake they are and how much they can con the leaders into liking them. No recognition for consistent high performers. The same people are recognised over and over again. You can outperform these people and will still be ignored. Very judgemental staff members. Makes it hard to show up and work in the office when you have to dodge judgemental glares from other workers for no reason.
