One supervisor is a micro-manager/ overly aggressive Managers The pay isn't worth standing on your feet in one place til your feet feel like they're going to fall off. you have to have a "profile" to sit down. Sexual harassment by customers is "ok" they do not know how to handle it properly. customers get away with a LOT As an employee if you follow rules and the customer disagrees.. you could find yourself in trouble if the customer complains... Not enough cashiers because people keep quitting. Higher 'priority' employees get first pick of schedules. NO WEEKENDS OFF EVER unless you've worked there 10+ years I feel like the training isn't fully well rounded if you're new you're "supposed' to know how the register works.. There are really no advancements unless you've worked there for a long time and even then someone from outside could take your desired position because you're not 'qualified'
