3yThank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you found our benefits, compensation and management teams to be a positive aspect of your experience with Definity. We also understand that the workload can be heavy at times, we appreciate your hard work and dedication to Definity and our customers. Your support is integral to our insureds that need help in a time of crisis, whether they have been in a car accident, or their basement has flooded. We are continuously looking for ways to support our team members and manage their workload and will continue to do so. Regarding the remote work, we have recently introduced more time in the office for many teams. Our hybrid model is designed to be flexible for remote work along with time in-person and in-office as an opportunity for employees across different teams to collaborate and strengthen connections. The approach is not a “one size fits all” and we’ve left it to the discretion of our teams to create a schedule that makes sense for them.
