There are significant concerns regarding the executive leadership team within the company. It is widely recognized among employees that some executives engage in unprofessional conduct by berating and belittling their direct reports when outcomes do not meet expectations. This behavior unfortunately permeates through other levels of management, creating a toxic environment where such conduct is deemed acceptable.
Before the company went public, there was a clear emphasis on customer service and the positive impact we were making. However, since going public, the focus has shifted predominantly towards financial gains, which has been strongly felt by the staff. Instances of harassment by leaders towards employees have been witnessed, and despite reporting these issues to HR, they remain unresolved.
In particular, one executive leader in PI has a notably negative reputation among staff for his behavior. It is my hope that his actions will eventually be recognized and addressed. The company urgently needs new management that prioritizes ethical practices and inclusivity.
