Friendly and attentive leadership team.

Not many negatives. Good staff, members, etc.

Easy work for pretty high pay. Friendly, family style staff. Upper management very personable. Fun atmosphere. Clean, professional environment. Pretty good perks to the job.

Some management positions arent very organized. Not many hours on the banquet side at some points in the year. A few managers are more concerned with being "cool" and "hip" rather than being a good manager.
