Del Sol Aviation management regrets the administrative manager chose to abruptly terminate employment by simply going to lunch and leaving access badge, office key , with a short note of resignation on the lobby desk. The departure was made with no notification or discussion with management or staff. Del Sol then promoted a staff member who assumed the manager's duties and effected immediate, dramatic improvements in lobby organization, cleanliness, operations support, and customer satisfaction. While the administrative manager's departure was unlooked for , it has directly resulted in a much more professional Del Sol administrative team while allowing that individual an opportunity to pursue employment opportunities elsewhere.
