Great coworkers united by the fear struck into our hearts when management entered the room. Exposure to the solar industry and the expectation to dive into tasks with little guidance when starting role led to a lot of growth in the first few months of employment.

Complete lack of vision for company objectives led to simultaneous lack of guidance and constant micromanagement, flip-flopping of priorities and instruction from above, and pigeonholing of tasks and responsibilities. CEO prone to yelling, and frequent outbursts led to a hostile work environment. Lack of professionalism and overall low morale for future of company.

Upper management is god awful. Micromanaging at its finest. No organization, and everything changes nearly daily. Upper management barely speaks with each other, so it’s impossible to be aware of anything going on. Sinking ship.
