Where to begin….. My honest advice for potential job seekers is to look elsewhere, avoid this toxic environment and horrendous corporate culture at all costs. The company has an unofficial motto of “running lean”. Be prepared to take on the workout of at least two full time employees. The workload and tasks will continue to pile up, be prepared for long hours, working weekends and holidays. The work life balance is nonexistent, it is only surrounded by Delek. There is this negative general attitude of the majority of the employees. Many are jaded, rude and not very helpful. Even though you are on a “team” be prepared to fly solo. You will be constantly criticized and ridiculed if you make a mistake, or don’t follow managements ever changing and unattainable standards. Employee attrition is dismal, with the average new employee lasting about a year. It’s an even mix of people resigning or being fired. I have never seen a company fire so many qualified employees on such a regular basis. But the general consensus is that once the current employee leaves the company they are so much happier on the next step of their career.

While the initial recruitment pitch is polished, the internal reality is a culture defined by a "run by a few, for a few" mentality. There is a palpable lack of regard for the broader team, as leadership appears primarily focused on their own career optics in a way that feels exclusionary to those doing the heavy lifting. * The "Two-Year" Trap: Top talent is often brought in under the guise of long-term opportunity, only to find an environment designed for short-term extraction. This has created a cycle of constant turnover and a "revolving door" of staff. * Health and Balance: The workload is relentless, and the lack of work-life balance quickly takes a toll on your physical and mental health. Many stay only because the "golden handcuffs" of a high salary make them feel trapped. * Management Style: There is very little genuine investment in team morale or development. Once you're in, the focus shifts entirely to output, often at the expense of the individual’s well-being. Final Verdict: Despite the strong pay and talented peers, the high turnover rate and disregard for the team make this a difficult environment to recommend for the long term.
