      Please guys don't even join this company. Don't not at all.they don't give salary on proper time .....most of the time it's 2-3 months late. In the name of creative thoughts they will simply simply push you to do some stupid job. The most unprofessional management u could ever experience is here. And biggest fake is the coo out there...nothing but a dumb kiddo. They treat their employees like beast. And you will be frustrated while working out there.

      Hello Reviewer, it is unfortunate that you end up using Glassdoor as your stress ball. Yes we do encounter some disturbences in the dates of salary but nothing close to what you fakely put. if we do treat our employees unprofessionaly i donot know how we are still a NASSCOM certified organization enrout for a CMM-3 certificate this year... so i feel needless to respond to your pathectily put false aligations. hope you find professionalism towards your future employers best wishes "dumb kiddo"

      very friendly atmosphere, no boss hierarchy, lot of new things to learn new things. The team leaders are very friendly and the management gives you opportunity to speak on everything..overall i had a good experience

      It was something special like a family, the team was very good. Great bonding among team members. The Ceo was like a father figure. Sad to see some posts really speaking bad about him. As i know he never took a single penny as salary. There was a time when i needed my salary in mid of the month. He paid that from his own pocket. Dont know how some people are ungrateful.
