Lack of any culture whatsoever, this is the problem wid indian start ups..tat is why tey fail It works like a sick PSU, with groups of all ppl in top management. poor work life balance no job security at any level irrespective of how much u perform..only core group has job security immature co-founders most of the manager nd above r fighting everyday to stay in job politics is their core competency and all top management excel in it tey pretend to be doing cool stuff to media but actually tey r jus copying fed ex and bluedart and are not successful even at that.
