      Decent pay and benefits, some kind and supportive colleagues but culture is too competitive, secretive, gossipy and fake to know who is being real

      Super toxic fake nice corporate culture. Constant layoffs, org restructuring and all the other silly corporate phrases that actually just mean "we don't care about people just the bottom line"

      Product seemed to work as designed

      Company is focused purely on bottom and top line only. The culture the CEO talks about is not real. If you really need employment then consider. Otherwise look for another company that embraces the power of people. Layoffs are constant and arbitrary. You upset the apple cart and you are gone, you suck up to the CEO and you have a job for life.
