Fast-growing company with a vision that differs drastically from other crowd-sourced delivery companies. The company grows cautiously and tries not to become a unicorn by design - the CEO does not want to screw the employees by pursuing an aggressive but vain valuation. As the company grows, it is experiencing some growing pains (which is expected), and leadership is taking steps to address feedback. The people here care about what they are doing and the the everyday operations of the company. People are fun to work with and are supportive.

While the company's business model differs from other crowd-sourced delivery companies, Deliv is still not a well-known brand to retailers big and small. It is a pity. Office location will likely give you a terrible commute regardless of where you live thanks to 101 unless you are able to commute via local roads. The fast-moving pace means that things change quickly a lot of things fall through the cracks. This can be improved with effort and process. Communication is lacking - but this again can be improved!
