Amazing working environment! You really feel like you are part of something MASSIVE! Your input matters - making and influencing the business, helping it get to the next level. The structure is very linear and focuses on transparency & flexibility. Everyone is in it together, working collaboratively to achieve the same goals. We are also rewarded very nicely for our hard work with plenty of paid events, trips & incentives. Although technically a "start-up" in Australia the business is very successful globally so you have nothing but support from experienced leadership.
