Management is not interested in its people, only results. Team members are pitting against each other to be liked and recognized by management. Taking credit or otherwise overly complaining about other people’s contributions without making efforts themselves except for reading and interpreting numbers. Work - life balance is off and culture seems to be made with company trips as sort of a bandaid
