      Salary day is not last day of month, instead it get delayed by 4-5 days. Accounts department is not responsible which may frustrate you on getting salary slips, Form16, ITR etc Once you resign, notice period is of 3 months, and you will not get salary in all 3 months of notice period and FNF will be given within 2 months after end of your employment
