This, plus the fact that the teams are usually stretched thin, means that starting your career here is a great learning experience. You get to be involved in many different projects and take on more responsibility than you might at a bigger company. Work is fast-paced but with decent work/life balance. There are interesting opportunities to work with people globally.

In the last couple years, we were spun off and rebranded, saw our stock price tank, changed CEOs, and now are going through an acquisition. It’s a lot of change in a short time and it’s hard dealing with an uncertain future. There is also a tendency to shut down disagreements, and a lack of transparency around negative news. It’s also hard to keep advancing in the company and learning new things after a while.
