      With the uncertainty of Covid-19, the communications to employees and members have been superior. I have been well informed. The leadership team has bent over backwards to get equipment that I need to perform my job. I’m truly blessed to be part of this organization.

      - It's encouraging as a resident of the area to see the amount of outreach programs to teach children about future opportunities and financial literacy - Work environment doesn't feel suffocating. - I hear stories about how people were able to get great internal job opportunities from their initial positions.

      - The pay isn’t enough for what you deal with - 86% guaranteed to be on some kind of disciplinary before your probationary period ends so the odds of you moving departments is greatly lowered
