      this is a true 8-5 position. rarely do I ever stay late. ot is offered but hard to get. I don't even think I work 40 hours a week, but I get paid for it. full insurance and subsidiaries. bonus based off goals.

      lower on the pay scale. asking for vacation is based on seniority and only 2 or so people can be on vacation at a time at this location. it is also difficult to take off more than two weeks as well even though we accumulate well over that in vacation and pto.

      - It's encouraging as a resident of the area to see the amount of outreach programs to teach children about future opportunities and financial literacy - Work environment doesn't feel suffocating. - I hear stories about how people were able to get great internal job opportunities from their initial positions.

      - The pay isn’t enough for what you deal with - 86% guaranteed to be on some kind of disciplinary before your probationary period ends so the odds of you moving departments is greatly lowered
