      I have worked for big corporations and small and this company by far the best place i have worked! It seems to me that they place talents at the right place. Great benefits and work atmosphere. High visibility to the leadership team and great career potentials.

      You have to be patient in order to advance your career, so if you're looking to get promoted within the first or second year of employment, this place is not for you.

      - It's encouraging as a resident of the area to see the amount of outreach programs to teach children about future opportunities and financial literacy - Work environment doesn't feel suffocating. - I hear stories about how people were able to get great internal job opportunities from their initial positions.

      - The pay isn’t enough for what you deal with - 86% guaranteed to be on some kind of disciplinary before your probationary period ends so the odds of you moving departments is greatly lowered
