The hiring team was highly knowledgeable, informative, and welcoming, creating a warm environment for anyone who wants to work. I was able to quickly form professional relationships with multiple people during the interview process forming mutual transparency and respect for internal employees. Leadership is inclusive and cares about their employees; forming a culture that matters!

      100% commission structure can be stressful if you aren't performing well. However, they have implemented a new salary + capped commission payment structure in 2025 for people who aren't comfortable with being fully commission based.

      It’s a family run business that solely cares about money. No values. They cultivate a highly competitive sales type atmosphere and hire women to pin against each other and to flirt with Building Engineers to get them to quit their stable jobs for their clients.
