Amazing place to work that aligns with my values as a pro 2A training and education organization. If you've ever felt ostracized at work for loving shooting sports, or feel like you can't connect to your co workers because conversing about those things might be too taboo for your work environment, then consider a career here at delta defense. It finally felt like I could talk about the things I loved with people that understood. I can't tell you how amazing it feels to finally understand the saying "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" because im being paid to do what I love, with like minded individuals from diverse backgrounds and it feels like I haven't really worked in over a year. Even though im a remote employee in an outside sales position, it still feels like home.

Honestly zero. My only cautionary note is pay attention to the companies core values and ask yourself if you truly align with them. If yes, I recommend this job and you'll never look back. If not, then this probably isn't the best fit for you and that's ok. Keep seeking.

I've had opportunities to learn, contribute outside of my role, and work with people who truly care about both each other and our members.

**Cons** Like any growing organization, communication can sometimes be a challenge, and priorities may shift as the company continues to evolve. That said, one of Delta Defense's strengths is that leadership actively listens to employee feedback and is continually working to improve communication and transparency.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I work at the headquarters and it’s wonderful! I have worked at a few companies and there is a night and day difference - Work life balance is great - Wonderful coworkers - Great work/team building outings - Leadership invests in professional development - Lots of opportunities to be in West Bend, all paid for by Delta - Delta is very picky with who is hired to ensure everyone fits the culture - Everyone is super kind and easy to get along with. Also, everyone is very skilled - C suite is very open and honest. Company wide meetings every week that allow everyone to be informed on what is happening. - Benefits are amazing: yearly stipend, generous pto (no problems using it), hybrid or wfh options, good health insurance, USCCA membership, good pay - The dress code is very casual - Paid time off to volunteer! Plus donation matching - The owners are VERY generous

- The hours can get long some days - Very open floor plan at HQ. This can be a pro or con depending on preferences - The CEO isn’t super involved in day to day operations - Not a con to me, but you must be supportive of the second amendment and feel comfortable around firearms. - If you are someone who likes to do the bare minimum, this probably isn’t the place for you - You will need to pass the culture test and write a values essay. Again, there is a high standard for hiring.
