Friendly coworkers, mostly nice people except managers

When i applied the job they told me ther eis a extention chance of a contract based on my performance. And all the 8 months they tokd how they are happy with my performance. But 15 days before my contract ends they sent me a mail to tell that my contract ends. When i confronted with the managers, they knew it and there was no such a thing about extention, i was just a replacement for a sick coworker. So they first of all lied to me, then they did not care to tell my contract will not extend by my face. I am not the only one , one of my coworker had exactly same issue

Quality product well known in the market. Not hard to sell, good engineering team with good field support.

Senior leadership in the states is poor. Old school work culture - in office everyday is mandatory. Expected to work after hours to accommodate Taiwan - almost everyday.
