Company claims that its people are valued above all but that is not reflected in action unless you are one of the chosen few who's promotions don't seem to have any correlation to performance. The culture in the IT department has turned toxic in the last year. The department leadership is clueless when it comes to technology and talent and has driven away or fired everyone that knows what they're doing.
