The entire innovation area needs to be shaken up from all Director and higher leadership. Millions are wasted every year on "innovation" but most things are not delivered into the stores to actual customers. Every month direction is reassessed and shifted. Words are spoken about empowerment and trust, but actions are not followed through to create this environment. Retaliation is present but ignored and friends are promoted over the right candidate for the right role.
